Brooke Rollins is an American attorney and conservative policy leader. She served as Director of the White House Domestic Policy Council (2018-2021) under President Donald Trump, coordinating major domestic initiatives. Previously, she was President and CEO of the Texas Public Policy Foundation (2010-2018), President of the Texas Impact Foundation, and chief of staff to Texas Governor Rick Perry.
