Brooke Rollins is an American attorney and conservative policy leader. She served as Director of the White House Domestic Policy Council (2018-2021) under President Donald Trump, coordinating major domestic initiatives. Previously, she was President and CEO of the Texas Public Policy Foundation (2010-2018), President of the Texas Impact Foundation, and chief of staff to Texas Governor Rick Perry. Rollins also held the role of Under Secretary for Rural Development at the U.S. Department of Agriculture (2017).
